    I am a european male 1.81 m 78 kg. I first ordered a size L but it was a bit on the small side, so my wife uses it now. The size XL is perfect for me. Great shirt for running.

    fast shipping and good itam tne color is very nice but the size is litil small i talk size L and XL bouth of them small but the quality is good

    Good quality, fabric is THIN is pecial Activewear in summer, but XL still well me is tight fitting (normally wear L)
